Growol" is the traditional food from Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. "Growol" is made from cassava.
"Growol" contains high carbohydrate so that its can replace rice. "Growol" was so delicious when you eat in warm condition with "kethak ireng" or soya bean cake or "tempe" in Indonesian.
You can find "growol" in many traditional markets in Kulon Progo. Because of this food is only find in Kulon Progo, its has prospects to the other area to develop "growol".
If you visit Indonesia, do not forget to visit Kulon Progo regency and you can enjoy "Growol". Have a nice trip... :)
